At Poojashree Yatra, our mission is to make every yatra safe, comfortable, well-organized, and spiritually enriching. Kindly read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience for everyone.


1. Booking & Passenger Details

  • Ensure all passenger details are correct at the time of booking.
  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the yatra.
  • Keep your booking confirmation and other required documents readily available.

2. Reporting Time

  • Please report at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Poojashree Yatra will not be responsible if a passenger misses the departure due to late arrival.

3. Luggage

  • Carry only the luggage required for the yatra.
  • Keep your cash, jewellery, mobile phone, medicines, and important documents with you at all times.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended. Poojashree Yatra is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

4. Health & Medical Care

  • Carry your regular medicines and any essential medical documents.
  • If you have a serious medical condition, kindly inform the tour coordinator before the yatra begins.
  • Senior citizens are advised to travel after consulting their doctor if necessary.

5. Dress Code & Temple Etiquette

  • Wear clean, comfortable, and modest clothing suitable for religious places.
  • Follow the customs, traditions, and rules of every temple and pilgrimage site.
  • Remove footwear wherever required and maintain the sanctity of the premises.

6. Photography & Videography

  • Photography and videography should only be done where permitted.
  • Respect temple rules and avoid capturing photos or videos in restricted areas.
  • Do not disturb religious rituals or other devotees while taking photographs or recording videos.
  • Drones may only be used where officially permitted by the local authorities.

7. Cleanliness & Environment

  • Help keep buses, hotels, dharamshalas, temples, and public places clean.
  • Use dustbins wherever available.
  • Protect the environment and avoid using single-use plastic whenever possible.

8. Discipline During the Yatra

  • Follow the instructions of the tour manager and support staff at all times.
  • Maintain punctuality according to the tour schedule.
  • Treat fellow travellers, local residents, hotel staff, and temple authorities with courtesy and respect.

9. Food & Accommodation

  • Satvik meals and accommodation will be provided as per the tour itinerary.
  • Meal timings and room allocation will be managed by the tour coordinator.
  • Special meal requests may not be available at every destination.

10. Safety Guidelines

  • Always stay with the group unless instructed otherwise.
  • Inform the tour manager before leaving the group for any reason.
  • Be careful while boarding or getting down from the vehicle.

11. Alcohol, Tobacco & Prohibited Items

  • Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, smoking, or any prohibited substances during the yatra is strictly prohibited.
  • Carrying illegal or prohibited items is not permitted.

12. Weather & Unavoidable Situations

  • Weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary.
  • Poojashree Yatra reserves the right to modify the schedule, route, accommodation, or vehicle whenever necessary for the safety and convenience of passengers.

13. Passenger Responsibility

  • Every passenger is expected to behave responsibly throughout the yatra.
  • Any damage caused to buses, hotels, dharamshalas, or public property due to negligence will be the sole responsibility of the concerned passenger.
