Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received by Poojashree Yatra.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler
If a traveler cancels the booking for any reason before the commencement of the tour, the advance payment, booking amount, or any amount paid shall be non-refundable.
3. Leaving the Tour Midway
If a traveler voluntarily leaves the tour after it has started due to personal reasons, illness, emergency, or any other circumstance, no refund (full or partial) will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
4. Government Restrictions or Closure of Destinations
If any temple, pilgrimage site, tourist attraction, road, or destination is closed due to government orders, weather conditions, natural disasters, local administration decisions, security reasons, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Poojashree Yatra, the company shall not be responsible for arranging a second visit or repeat darshan. No refund or compensation shall be payable for such missed visits.
5. Cancellation by Poojashree Yatra
If Poojashree Yatra cancels a tour due to unavoidable operational reasons, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative tour, reschedule the booking, or provide a refund where applicable.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by Poojashree Yatra, it will be initiated within 2 hours of approval. The refunded amount may take up to 5 working days to be credited to the original payment method, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public/bank holidays.
7. Unpaid Bookings
If the required payment is not received within the specified time, the booking may be automatically cancelled without prior notice. The customer may be informed via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.
8. Loss of Belongings and Personal Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Poojashree Yatra shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to baggage or personal items, or for any injury, illness, accident, or death occurring during the journey, except where liability is required under applicable Indian law.
9. Force Majeure
No refund, compensation, or damages shall be payable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Poojashree Yatra, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, landslides, pandemics, strikes, riots, road closures, or government restrictions.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By making a booking with Poojashree Yatra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
