Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
- The balance amount must be paid before the tour departure or as communicated by the company.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not completed within the required time.
Pricing
- All tour prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The final confirmed price at the time of booking will be applicable.
Cancellation by the Traveller
- If a traveller cancels the booking before the tour starts, cancellation charges will apply according to the company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If a traveller leaves the tour voluntarily after the journey has started, no refund will be provided for any unused services.
Tour Cancellation or Changes by the Company
Poojashree Yatra reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Government Restrictions & Closed Attractions
If any temple, tourist attraction, road, or destination is closed by the Government or any competent authority due to any reason, Poojashree Yatra shall not be responsible for arranging a second visit or providing an alternative visit to the closed destination.
Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and any other documents required for the journey. The company shall not be responsible for losses arising from missing or invalid documents.
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are expected to:
- Follow the tour schedule and instructions of the tour manager.
- Respect local customs, religious places, and fellow travellers.
- Take care of their personal belongings.
The company shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Travel Guidelines
All passengers are required to read and follow our Travel Guidelines before and during the yatra to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organized travel experience..
Health & Fitness
Travellers should ensure that they are medically fit for the tour. Any medical condition must be disclosed before booking. The company shall not be liable for any health-related issues during the journey.
Transportation & Accommodation
Poojashree Yatra will make every effort to provide the transportation, accommodation, and facilities mentioned in the package. However, equivalent alternatives may be arranged if necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
Liability
Poojashree Yatra acts only as a tour organizer and shall not be liable for delays, accidents, injuries, illness, natural disasters, government actions, transportation failures, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
